We are in receipt of a letter from Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Exeter with whom we have partnered over serveral years thanking FUUSE for its continued support of their food pantry for area citizens in need of assistance. Signed by both the president and treasure of the Society, the letter offers their deep appreciation for the gifts of both money and food items over the past years. It also includes a summary of their work which includes not only thouands of pounds of food distributed, but also rent/mortgage assistance, utility/fuel assistance, gas vouchers and meeting other emergency needs.

"Clearly the generosity of FUUSE, both with money (more than $1,000) and food, was instrumental in helping St. Vincent de Paul provide this support to those in need."

As the SVdP Community Assistance Center opens in November 2011, FUUSE will have additional opportunities to support our neighbors in need through support of the Assistance Center.

Please remember that we have requests from the food pantry for particular items each month of our church year. The list changes each month and can be found in the FUUSE Newsletter. Thanks in advance for your continuing generosity.
